Refund Policy

As our products are bespoke handpainted, our refund policy is only applicable if the order is cancelled within 48 hours and the eligible refund amount will be as below: 100% refund of the order value, only deducting the payment gateway charges, if the cancellation is requested within 24 hours from the time of placing the order 75% refund of the order value, if the cancellation is requested between 24 to 48 hours from the time of placing the order. Any refund request, after 48 hours from the time of placing the order will not be entertained.

 

Cancellation

Under unavoidable circumstances, if the order cannot be delivered, the order will get cancelled and the money will be refunded. The refund request needs to be raised through email at support@thefunkyfrau.com from the same email id as of order.

 

 Shipping policy:

We are into bespoke handpainted products, which takes a lot of time, and love to customize each and every product for you and your loved ones.

So, our usual Order-to-Dispatch Cycle is 12-15 working days. After that, the delivery is managed by our shipping partner, which takes another 3-5 working days anywhere in Pakistan However, these are hand painted and handmade products, the delivery can be extended from the estimated time in unavoidable circumstances.

And COVID-19 contingencies can’t be ignored.
